At Australian Swimwear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original condition. Please ensure hygiene stickers and tags remain intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and hangtags are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any Australia Post location or designated carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
